Based in Vancouver, BC, I’ve been working professionally in events since 2007, and after hundreds of events, I’ve learned that great MCing is about a lot more than standing on stage and reading a script.
It’s about reading the room.
Knowing when to turn up the energy, when to let a moment breathe, when to improvise and when to simply get out of the way and let the event happen.
My background as a DJ gives me a different perspective. I’m constantly watching the crowd, listening to what’s happening around me and thinking about what comes next.

Event Hosting
From the first welcome to the final goodbye, I keep your event moving and your guests in the know. I’ll introduce speakers, presenters and special moments, connect the dots between them, and make sure the night flows naturally from one moment to the next.
Crowd Engagement
Getting a crowd involved and reading the room is everything. Whether I’m working a room of 50 or firing up 5,000, I know when to turn up the energy, when to bring it down and when to simply get out of the way and let the moment happen.

Big introduction? Important announcement? Time to get everyone’s attention? I’ve got it. I’ll make sure your speakers, presenters, awards and special moments get the attention they deserve — delivered clearly, confidently and with the right energy.

Things rarely go exactly according to plan. I can roll with schedule changes, unexpected delays and last-minute surprises while keeping the audience engaged and the event moving forward - without making the behind-the-scenes chaos part of the show.

I’ve spent nearly two decades working with crowds. From intimate Vancouver events to large-scale celebrations with thousands of guests, I bring the experience, energy and confidence to keep things moving.
I’ve learned that every audience is different. What works for 50 people doesn’t necessarily work for 5,000. The ability to read the room, adjust your approach and react to what’s happening in real time is what separates a good MC from someone simply holding a microphone.
My DJ background adds another layer to that experience. I understand music, timing, energy and crowd psychology - and I know how to bring those elements together to create moments that feel spontaneous rather than forced.
I’ve worked with crowds where the energy can change in an instant. From corporate events and award presentations to sporting events, festivals and 5,000-person public celebrations, I’m comfortable handling the unexpected and keeping the energy moving.
That’s the part I love.
